Rental Management Services

Bill McLaughlin, ARM   Property Manager

Another important service of Coast to Coast is Rental Management. We offer an all-in-one approach: an individual can purchase his or her investment property from Coast to Coast and we can then lease and manage the property for them, often they are out-of-state or out of country owners. We offer a complete service at a very reasonable rate. However,  we do not limit our services to properties that we have sold you.  If you own real estate in this area we can manage it for you, single family homes, condos, or small commercial propereties.

With the expertise of Bill McLaughlin's 30+ years in real estate and 20 years in the Pinellas County Area we feel that we have the best Property Manager in the area.  Bill has been specializing in Residential Property Management since 1990.  After completing the Sucessful Site Management Course presented by the Institute of Real Estate Management and becoming a Property Manager in the Clearwater area, he then attained the Accredited Residential Manager designation in 1995.
